Hello
We paid by check on June 20th and it was cashed the 29th.
Now two weeks later the amount due online still hasn't changed.
How long does this usually take please?

If this was cashed by the 29th, it certainly should have been showing on the account by now. I appreciate you letting us know about this payment issue. I'll want to review your account for this. May I please have you private message me your full name, the name of your business, the full address and the phone number associated with your business account?
