paid bill online, but my account still shows unpaid (and overdue)
Hi, I paid my bill online through my banking website several days ago, but my account overview still shows my bill as unpaid. I can provide proof of payment from my bank if required. Can you please help? thanks.

Hi SarahConnor,
I apologize for your inconvenience. If your Business Class Portal (BCP) is not accurately reflecting your balance after you know your bank has processed the Comcast payment then please follow this process:
1. call 1800-391-3000 and use option 2 to speak to a billing representative.
2. First, provide your account number, then ask to verify your balance in the Comcast biller. If it is what you believe it should be, then you need to inform the billing representative to generate a Internet BCP customer ticket to get your account correctly updated.
This is a aberation where the vast majority of the BCP accounts are updated 24 hours or less after the payment is posted to your Biller account.
Please keep us posted if you continue to have this issue.

Hello SarahConner and welcome,
If you paid your bill via online checking account this takes 24 hours to process from your banking and post into your account balance. If you check tomorrow I believe you will see that your balance will reflect today's payment.

Hi. Are you looking at your balance information from the Business Class Portal account? This is where it is kept most up to date for business customers.

Yes, I am. It still does not show that I paid my bill. My bank does show that the payment went through almost a week ago.

ok. When I went through the automated phone system, the billing amount stated to me was accurate. I was out of town for a few days and could not check my billing page, but today it does show a recent payment in the amount I had paid. But the amount shown in the BCP still is inaccurate because I received a credit for an improper eqipment fee, which was not reflected. The gentleman I spoke to in billing explained that credits of that kind might not appear in the BCP. I'm not sure why. That seems kind of dumb. It would be nice to see an accurate reflection of what I actually owe in the BCP. Anyway - I'm satisfied on the matter of my recent payment having gone through, not super-satified with the functioning of the BCP. Thanks for your help, VBSSP-RICH.
