I called couple weeks ago to cancel my service for phone and Internet because my buissnes struggling paying its monthly bills and it is closing most of the time but they said they ll charge me early termination fee for both stores which it is over $1,500 and i can not pay this amount and it is not fair to loss the buissnes and pay this amount.
Please i need someone to help me to wave this fee because in customer service the guy was so rude and not helpful.

Hello user_6e784f, I'm sorry to hear about your businesses hard times right now. Owning your own business is something not everyone gets the opportunity or courage to do, so that's a huge feather in your cap no matter what the future holds. If there is an active business account that contains a customer agreement, then the early termination fees would be valid. I know that's not the answer you want to hear during this time, but I do want to be transparent. Were you able to get your account disconnected?
