Overcharged as public viewing even though we have always been private viewing
Our account was mischaracterized as public viewing. We were overcharged for quite some time and have finally corrected the account to private viewing. However we were mischarged for many months and have not been able to get comcast billing to credit back the mischarges. Does anyone have a contact to a comcast customer service executive we can escalate the issue?
The billing dept would not credit back the overcharges. Their reasoning is a contract was signed and regardless if the charges were incorrect they will not credit back.

Ultimately for any billing concerns, our teams over the phone using that number would be the best point of contact.
