Online shows no bill, but still get statement in mail

I got mail today said I was late or something. When I could have sworn I paid it last month,so it's showing I owe double . I check online and it says I owe nothing. I don't get it ..

Hello Pbg0415 and welcome,

 

If you are having any questions about your billing cycle or billing statement you should be able to see it on your Business Class Portal (BCP). If you still have ambiguities pertaining to your BCP billing statement, simply call 800-391-3000, use the billing option, then inquire to the billing agent as to what the status is on your Biller account.
