How or who do I talk to to change my Company name and change it on my caller ID as well?

Hello mikekt and welcome,

Please call 18003913000 and have your Account number, then ask the agent to perform an Account Name Change (ANC) for your business and this will be handled directly after you return the Account Name Change Form back to Comcast. This ANC will include changing business name, caller ID, directory listing, etc.
