New Comcast Business website

I have noticed that the Business site does not have the option of showing the customer "Past Payments" as the residential site did.  Please update website to include this very important feature.

Hello ModestoBiz and welcome,

 

The Business Class Portal (BCP) Billing Information segment provides access to your billing statements. Each softcopy billing statement contains the appropriate past due information on the top right of page 1 that you are looking for. If you start with your latest billing statement, then traverse backwards, this will provide your clear understanding of any past due occurrences.
