Need to reach out by email about business account invoices

I have sent an email to the comcast employee that quoted our business (with 5 accounts) different pricing than what we are being charged. 

Due to our business having more than one business account, this is a conversation that needs to be done over email not phone. 

Not being able to contact a customer support employee by email is very frustrating.
