Need to End Service but they say I have Contract Term - I don't remember signing a 2 year contract

I am closing my business and need to cancel my Comcast Business Internet. When I called. I was told I had signed a two year contract and would need to pay an ETF of $490. I do NOT remember signing a contract. In fact, I thought I was month by month. I am extremely unhappy with this. When I go onto my Comcast Business account and try to download the contract, it (of course) will not download despite trying many times on many different servers. This is the shady stuff that makes me not trust Comcast.

So, question, how can I go about having my ETF decreased? I have been a Comcast Residential customer for years but may quit that based on that way they are handling this. Any advice would be so helpful.

user_1b84c6 While our team is limited with billing and ETF disputes, we can still help by creating a ticket for our Business Escalations team to review and contact you with any possible options. Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number. By clicking the "message" icon in the upper right page of our forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle (Comcast Business) to send us a private message.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
