Need to clear the past due amount
We sent the check# 103766 for $779.95 to Comcast on November 10th, 2022. It was cashed on 11/28/22 but wasn't posted to our account# 130340392.
This has been going on for a while now. We keep getting past due notices whereas everything is paid up.
I was given a ticket# CR083904133 and would like to provide the proofs from our bank that indicate that the check 103766 was indeed cleared.
Please let me know where I can send the copies of the bank information to resolve this problem. Thank you.
