Need help with linking a new account

We recently moved to a new location and moved our service with us.  Our online account shows that the prior location was disconnected, but there is no way to link a new account.  The online dashboard shows the order (two orders for some reason) but no linking option to associate the new internet account.  I have tried to register a new account but it tells me that the new account is associated with our email address and asks me to login into an online account to link it.

If the account was transferred through our transfer service process once you go to activate your new account it should give you an option on what address to click on if it doesn't use this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/link-separate-xfinity-accounts-in-my-account to transfer over your e-mail address to your new account
