My utility provider needs the Comcast cable moved

I tried calling, but the automated system seems to think it needs to restart my modem before it can help me. Totally useless. My utility needs to work on my service entrance, and the point where the Comcast cable attaches is too close to the utility, so they need it moved. I'm not keen on having to resort to posting on a forum to hopefully get an appointment scheduled. I need the utility to complete their work ASAP as it is holding up other work, so this is somewhat urgent.
