My Bill is Wrong
I am getting billed a charge for a Comcast Tech visit even though Tier 2 Comcast support asked me to schedule it. It was for a line test that the FIRST tech that came out didn't do and I was having problems after the first tech had left.
I had been having problems for over 60 days with no resolution.
I want to call the billing department but it's closed right now.
This charge is bogus.
I want this fixed and I am hoping someone from Comcast is monitoring these forums.

We paid the $404.24 on 5-12-17 ck#007863. Have you not received the check yet?
