Mssing internet service

My account is missing my Internet Service under "My Services"

 

Can you please help?

I'm sorry to hear that the portal is not syncing. We have refreshed your profile, can you please clear your cache and cookies and log back in and let me know if you are still having this issue?

Hello JaxRolo and welcome,

 

If you are logged into your Comcast Business Portal Email account, then you Internet services and up and running. Your Manage Services should reflect Email and Websites, which are both facilities related to Internet service.

Dont understand what you are saying.
