Moving Home Business

I've had Comcast Business Internet for close to a year and a half. We are moving to another house about 10 miles away and from what I can tell, Comcast does not supply residential, or business services (internet, television, etc..) at that new address. So with that being said, when I call customer support tomorrow, will they try to hit me with a early termination fee considering they don't service that new address?

Hello pemory0427 and welcome,

 

You will need to contact 800-391-3000 and use the disconnect or remove service option, then explain you specific issue and I believe due to no Comcast Services being available in your new home location, your Early Termiination Fee should be waivered under these circumstances.
