Missing Payment

Good day.

For account [Edited: "Personal Information"] there is a missing payment of $1,207.92 from September 2025 paid by check number [Edited: "Personal Information"] that cleared on September 22nd. I have already sent a copy of the check to cbarmgmt@comcast.com. The autoreply stated that if my account started with a "9," I needed to submit a ticket online. I am unable to do so. I need this issue resolved as soon as possible, and due to Comcast's failure to apply the payment appropriately, all late fees paid should be credited to the account.
