Missing Comcast Mobile Statements for the Last 2 Months

Hello Support Team,

I need some assistance with my Comcast Mobile account. My payments have been successfully deducted for the last two months, but the billing statements for these months are still not showing up on my Comcast account portal.

Could you please help me look into this system issue so I can view my missing statements?

@user_61b3d6 thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Community Forums page. I'd like to do everything I can to help. Have you tried clearing the browser cache and cookies or tried on a different web browser?
