I thought that this Forum Login was completely different than my business comcast login?

If they are not the same please advise as to how I can get access to my old comcast forum logi? (Help & Support)

I would like to keep everything in the same bin.

Hello Genexxa13 and welcome,

Yes, this is the same Forum that you can access by logging into your Business Class Portal email, then click on Support Tab, then schroll down until you see Browse Forum and there you are.

Hello again, and thank you for responding and welcoming me. However, I have been accessing the forum for many years. My question is that I would like access to my old forum user id of yesterday.

When I try to login it says that user id already exist. Please, assist anyone when you have a second.

I changed my user login to the business portal. However, the change of my business login did not transfer to the community.
