Lousy bill pay
Okay, I went paperless and am attempting to pay my bill. Comcast has made this really difficult.
Here's how many ways Comcast is not helping:
- Go to online account, enter bill payment info: Message returns back that Comcast has a tech issue and for me to call the 800 number.
- Try again to pay with online system two days later: Same problem! Fix it Comcast!
- Give up, call 800 number, where they tell you to pay online. Uh, no! That doesn't work does it?
- 800 number informs me there is a $5.99 fee for me to pay them!!!
- I request agent repeatedly pressing 0, get put on hold, then disconnected. Did this twice!
- Look in vain for any way to email them to let them know the system is broken. Nope. Comcast does NOT want to hear from you. Instead, they want you to search through their forums, hoping you might find an answer.
Bottom line: Comcast sucks
