Hello npham and welcome,

You must use the exact email address username and password to sucessfully login. If you know the username but are having trouble with the password, when you receive the login error message, you can click on 'forgot your password' link, then after you sucessfully answer the security question it will allow you to reset your password. This will allow you to then successfully login to your account.
