Linking Accounts not working
Tried to link two accounts together as we have merged together. . Each time I put in the account number I want to link with our main account it says that it is not the right account number. Help.

Welcome cjp. To link accounts you must sign in with the administrator credentials. The account number will be first thirthteen (13) digits, no spaces or dashes. Also, nly an account that has not previously been activated online can be linked to another account.(no active email account on the Business Portal). Here is a link to additional info on how to link/unlink your Business Accounts.

Comcast_John is there a way to unactivate one of my two online accounts so that I can then LINK my two accounts together?

HI PinnaMonuments. To change the account status from active to new requires a complete purge of the account information. The email addresses will also be purged along with all associated infomration.
