Less Services When Upgraded to Comcast Business from Comcast Residential

We've had Comcast for YEARS and have had few issues with our internet services. Last year I took a job requiring me to work from home. So I upgraded to Business Service to ensure faster speeds and same-day tech support appointments should any problems occur. What did I end up getting by upgrading and paying more money: the inability to stream live TV, no access to download free virus protection and NOW - I can't access Netflix on Xfinity X1 because I don't have the cheaper, consumer internet service! How does this make sense? Pay more and get less? When I called Comcast Business - they told me to contact Comcast Consumer Services. When I called Consumer Services, their recommendation was that I sign up for Consumer Internet IN ADDITION TO the Comcast Business if I wanted these services. So 2 Internet subscriptions in 1 house? Who does this makes sense to? I need someone to contact me ASAP and explain how they are going to resolve my issue.

I do apologize for the limitations of our services with unique accounting situations as yours. Due to the need to track data usage for internet applications such as Netflix we would require that account to service internet. If you like I can have one of my residential billing specialist look over your account and see if there is a package that can add the internet without increasing your monthly bill. if this is an option you would like to explore please send me a private message with your preferred contact info.

No, thank you Michael. I work from home and need business service. I think your resolution just further convinced me to cut the cord from cable. That way I can stream all of the channels whenever, wherever and with DVR service for less than the $200/mo we pay for cable. Thanks for your help.
