Late Fee
Hello,
I have received two billing statements from you. I have paid both Feb and Mar invoices. I set up auto pay which did not occur for the last payment, i expect that my current bill will be auto drafted for the current invoice. Please remove the late fee.

Hello Kryanhunter and welcome,
Comcast auto-pay always comes into activation approximately 4-6 weeks after it has been setup. If you did not know or this was not informed to you before agent specific setup, then you can simply contact a billing agent @ 800-391-3000 Option 2, and explain these circumstances and the Late Fee should be removed. This is especially true under any the aformentioned circumstances that I sighted.
