Issues with support not being able to link my account

I've been having issues with linking accounts.  I've been receiving error messages so I put in a ticket to Business Support.  I specifically said I want to change the PRIMARY owner of the accounts, after two weeks of waiting for them to resolve each ticket, I am nowhere close, so I'll need to call again.

They did however put my accounts under a hierarchy, but I NEED THEM LINK WITH ME AS THE OWNER!

Mike_B Hello! We'll be happy to help you. Please send a Direct Message so that we can assist you further. Here are instructions on how to send a DM in case you need them:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary 
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business"  
  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select “Comcast Business" from that list 
  • - A “Comcast_Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
