Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Business Line Disconnection and Sales Misconduct – Order #[Edited: "Personal Information"]
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally express my frustration and concern regarding a recent service change initiated through your Loyalty Department.
As a small business owner operating in Boston for over 20 years, uninterrupted phone service is essential to my operations. On October 21, 2025, I agreed to a service change recommended by your representative, Keshawn [Edited: "Personal Information"], involving the transfer of my business landline to Comcast Mobile and separating internet service to reduce costs. The order number for this transaction is [Edited: "Personal Information"].
[Edited: "Personal Information"] informed me that the mobile contract was missing my phone number and that a corrected version would be sent within 30 minutes. He also instructed me not to activate the mobile phone upon delivery.
However, before the mobile phone even arrived, Comcast disconnected my business landline—without warning or contingency. This has severely impacted my ability to communicate with clients and conduct daily operations.
On Friday between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, I spoke with five different Comcast customer service representatives, urgently requesting that my business landline be restored immediately. Despite repeated assurances, the line remains disconnected. Furthermore, Mr. King has failed to send the updated contract as promised and has blocked my calls and ignored multiple emails.
This lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. I am requesting the following:
- Immediate restoration of my business phone line or a viable alternative
- A full explanation of why the line was disconnected prematurely
- Accountability for the sales representative’s conduct
- Compensation for the disruption caused to my business
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to external agencies including the Better Business Bureau and the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.
I expect a response within 48 hours. You may reach me at [your email address] or [alternative phone number].
Sincerely, [Edited: "Personal Information"]
