ISSUE: Having trouble adding a Billing Manager
I have tried twice to add a user to our account to act as a Billing Manager. I enter all of the appropriate information and get to the final "Submit" page; then when I tried to submit, it gives me an error that something is not right but it doesn't show or tell me exactly WHAT is wrong...
Has anyone run across this issue?
How did you resolve it?

Try another browser and see if you get the same issue. If you do please send me a private message with you account number and details on what user you want to add.

I went back just now, logged in, went and entered the same info as this morning, the only thing that I did differently is I did NOT assign a phone number to the person I was adding as Billing Manager -- it went through!!!!
Not sure if the number thing was hanging up the process - but - that was the only thing I did different.
