Inconsistent Service
Last week, Comcast was in our area supposedly to install "network enhancements." Since then, the Internet signal has gone out virtually daily and on some days, multiple times during the day. This certainly doesn't seem like an improvement. Sadly, there doesn't seem to be any way to communicate directly with a human at Comcast to register my dissatisfaction, so I am using this public form, and most likely, I'll also post on Facebook. Maybe somebody at the company will notice!
