improper charges

Starting in December my bill inexplicably increased by $25 without warning. I stopped receiving $25 in service discounts.

I've also been charged for a $15/month static IP I never requested, going all the way back to last August.

So, please take those items off my bill, and refund me 7x$25 + 11x$15 = $340.
