I pay more for less service
I am paying $128 per month for 50mps, what a joke as compared to the deals out there. Why do loyal customers like myself have to pay higher fees??? AT&T does that so I switched to Verizon for my cell service. Your company seems to be embarassed by the way it charges different customers, I noticed that every response by you leads off with "I'm sorry that you're having difficulty, private message me and ....". Why not answer the questions here? Another topic, Comcast has never recognized me when I call in on the automated line. I end up going through all of the prompts and eventually(3 to 9 minutes) I get somebody that says the system doesn't recognize me but they can "push it through", after about a minute, they come back on and say "here it is, I have your account, what can I help you with?" They will create a ticket that never gets completed. Nobody in Technical support can correct it, they all say that it's a glitch in the system and they're working on it. After six(6) years you'd think that they can take care of that glitch. The response(if any) to this debacle will be, "each issue is unique, message me and I'll try to help you". Anxiously waiting on the reply...
