How can I downgrade my Business internet speeds?

I would like to downgrade my speeds in order to mitigate costs. I am unable to find out what my actual "service speed" is for my account, and I see no way to adjust the plan from the website. Can someone please point me in a direction that will allow me to solve this issue either online or with a direct ohpne call?

Hello spdorsey and welcome,

 

You can simply call 1-800-391-3000 option 1 and have your Comcast account number available to provide to the agent. Just ask the agent what your current internet speed is and what your options are to downgrade. This can be implemented immediately for you.
