Hold music made me ANGRY

I called for customer service and the reps voice came through weak.  I was put on hold with the most irratating loop of 4 sounds at full blast that I have ever had to endure and I have had 5 babies and toddlers at the same time yelling, crying and sick! 

 

It literally put me in a bad mood.  I don't want to be punished for calling tech support by having my ear blown out!  I informed the rep if you need to get more information do not make me hear that again.  She agreed it was loud then put me back on hold and never called me back after I hung up.
