Having problem with the bill download

Hello, I'm having a big issue with the invoice download. I always download the invoice from the portal and send it to the AP department. And some time ago the invoice download stopped working.

When I click on "Download Bill" the browser sends the request and wait for the server response. But it seems the communication is dropped after some idle time. I tried from different computer and different browsers.

I have several accounts. Please help!

Hello lghsai,

 

I refreshed your business portal profile to try and resolve this issue. It can take a few hours for this refresh to take place. I would ask that your clear your cookies and cache prior to trying to download your bill again. Please try again and let me know if yoru issue has been fixed.

I am unable to download my current or previuos bill.  Please assist what should i do?
