Got screwed with install fee after rep told me bad info

So we have residential triple play with the 105mb/s intnernet. Between all the internet we use we go over with the data cap.  SO i went with business class. Was going to cancel my internet and phone on the residential side and keep the TV and the business internet.  Rep told me TV alone with what package we had was going to be about 110$ a month pplus the 119$ for the business internet.  I called yesterday to get the internet and phone canceled and they told me that it was going to cost me 160$ from just the TV.  I might as well keep the package and pay for the overages!   SO i called within my 30 days to cancel the business class. ANd now i have to pay the 100$ install fee? I am getting charged 100$ by comcast, because comcast gave me false info?   I would like a rep to get in touch with me

I got screwed by changin from one location (alabama) to another location (denver).  First they put phone on the service when it originally only had and only needed internet.  I was forced to sign a new 3 year contract.  Then when I tried to move the service back to Alabama a little over a year later (my project was completed in Denver) I was told there would be installation fees.  THe original service setup I was told that too but the technician only came to my house and saw I had my own equipment and just connected it.
