Getting to different accounts

Our business has more than one account with ComCast.

 

I can't seem to get to one of the accounts.

 

We have set up with one of the accounts for on line and payments,  and I believe that I may have set up the second account, but not sure.

 

Account that I can to is as follows:  xxxx

Hello Richard1949 and welcome,

 

Yes, both of these account have the business class portal registered. You must call 800-391-3000, and speak to a technical agent to have the account you want to link in flushed.
