Getting a cable box from a service center

Hi yo and welcome to the forums,

Our service centers only have residential cable boxes available for pickup. Business cable boxes are provisioned differently and would require a tech for a professional installation. Hope this helps. Please let me know if you need anything. 

I dont need anyone to set it up its really not that hard . Was told just today that it will be dropped off at no charge . Im now hoping i wasnt lied to ............

Cable boxes are all set up and in good working order .
