Fraudulent Unauthorized Charges and Service Continues After Disconnection Request

Hi Comcast,

 

Over 3 months ago I put in disconnection requests/authorizations for my small business service.  To date, the service has not been disconnected and Comcast continues to charge account usage fees even though the service is no longer authorized. 

 

I have placed 5 calls to customer service, each with documented dates/times and CR numbers, and that has not yielded resolution.  This week I was transferred to an “escalation representative”, Nikki  () who said it would take 24 hours to handle the matter.  That was 3 days ago.  Additionally, Focus Receivables, your collection agency has started calling demanding payment.

 

At this point Comcast’s actions are beyond negligent and in the realm of fraudulent.  I am asking for your assistance via the support forum before I proceed to file complaints with the FCC for your unauthorized and fraudulent actions.  Please terminate the account services and refund my account the unauthorized charges it has been billed.
