Formal Corporate Escalation Request – Billing Dispute Unresolved Since May 28
I am requesting that my account be immediately referred to Comcast Business Corporate Escalations / Executive Customer Relations for review of a billing dispute that I have been attempting to resolve for approximately four months.
I originally signed a new Comcast Business service agreement on May 28, 2026. That agreement was subsequently lost/not properly processed by Comcast. I provided the agreement again and was required to go through the process multiple additional times because of internal Comcast order and processing issues.
Throughout this process, I was repeatedly told that my account would be corrected and credited back to May 28, the date I originally signed the agreement.
Despite months of emails and follow-ups with my sales representative and her supervisor, my account has continued to be billed at the incorrect rate. Comcast has now issued credits totaling $413.10, but those credits only address August and September and do not address the additional credit owed back to May 28.
I have repeatedly asked my sales representative and her supervisor to resolve the remaining credit and correct the ongoing billing. I am no longer receiving responses.
I have complete documentation, including the original agreement, subsequent agreements, invoices, credit notices, and email correspondence acknowledging the internal Comcast order issues.
At this point, I am requesting one Corporate Business Escalations representative with authority to take ownership of the account, review the documentation, correct my monthly billing, and apply the appropriate credit back to May 28 as I was repeatedly told would occur.
Please open a Corporate Business Escalation case and have the appropriate representative contact me privately so I can provide the account information and supporting documentation.
