File Formal Complaint?

I am trying to get to the right place, I have been calling in for the past two months about an issue of constant dropping out. I am a public accounting firm, in the middle of tax season - I cannot have this. After having two techs out, I keep hearing the same thing "there is noise downstream causing issues between the signal/noise ratio" but it is still going. I call into tech support, they cannot connect to the modem and I have to reboot. This is a daily thing now. How do I get to someone to file a formal complaint?

Good morning @user_9e162c, our team would be happy to take a thorough look at your account.

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
