Extremely high bill
I’m not getting any help through the phone so my next step is here. My bill is extremely high for services we barely use at our business. I’m looking to cancel service and see how to handle the owed amount. Can someone please assist me with this!

We do have limited access to business accounts when it comes to billing via this platform, so we wouldn't be able to process any disconnects or plan changes on our side. For that, it would be best to contact our business support team directly via phone at 800-391-3000 for billing assistance.

Our team here can open up a request to have a billing expert reach out to you directly to help ensure this is taken care of.
