Equipment returned on 9/26, but the bill still has the equipment fee

I returned my equipment on 9/26 as can be seen in the receipt below.

But the latest bill (10/3-11/2) still has the equipment charge.

I apologize for the delayed response. I have removed the equipment fee from your account and credited your account for the time it was charged. Please let me know if you need help with anything else.
