Email notifications

I am unable to access the Comcast Business email site at work due to security restrictions.  How can I have all messages being sent to my XXXXXXXX@CroweHorwath.comcastbiz.net forwarded to my work email address without actually accessing the mailbox?

Those solutions are not helping. I cannot forward from my primary email address on the account. If I create an alias, I can make a rule for that address and it will forward correctly, but if an email is sent using the primary, such as invoice notifications, they just dump in the inbox of the Comcast mail client and do NOT forward. I have beenb testing all kinds of rules this morning and cannot get anything to forward that is sent to the primary email address.
