Deceptive Practices
I recently changed my Comcast residential service to Comcast Business. My reason for doing this was to port my existing business phone numbers to comcast in an effort to consolidate and lower my business telephone expenses. I was approached by a "Business Account Executive" named [Edit: Personal Information, who assured me that he would handle this for me.
I explained that I was happy with my residential comcast cable TV, and was told by [Edit: Personal Information] that I could keep the residential TV services and just change our Internet and phone to Comcast business. I told him that would be perfect and asked what that would cost.
[Edit: Personal Information] provided me with a quote for the business and telephone as I asked him to do, however he did not quote the residential cable TV stand alone plan. When I asked him what the cable TV would cost per month he told me that he could not quote the residential side of Comcast, however in his experience the cable TV would be no more than $50 to $60 dollars per month and that he would handle the transition.I signed the Comcast agreement for business services and the transition was made.
When I received my residential bill from Comcast it had not changed at all. I went to the local Comcast office to try and straighted out my account. and was told that my Comcast residential cable stand alone plan would be $154.00 per month not $50 to $60 dollars per month as [Edit: Personal Information] had assued me it would cost.
Comcast residential could not help me with this issue and I was told to contact my sales person from Comcast Business.
I emailed my account Executive [Edit: Personal Information] and did not receive a response. I also left a phone message and recieved no response. Before I signed the agreement [Edit: Personal Information] was extremely responsive and now he is MIA.

Regarding your reply dated 9-14-2017
Account Number: [Edit: Personal Information]
Phone Number: [Edit: Personal Information]
Name: [Edit: Personal Information]
I have been contacted by a number of Comcast employees regarding this matter, and each says they will get to the bottom of this issue, however none of them follow through.
I had read on the Internet that Comcast's MO is to keep shuffling you around to different people until you give up on your complaint, and it appears that this critique was right on.

Hi PECO.
I am definitely still happy to help with your concerns with both accounts. Could you please send me a private message with this information and remove the account numbers and phone number from the public post? I would like to keep your information private.

i wanted to cancel my comcast business services and use AT&T becuase of much better rates so i called Comcast customer service and was transfered over to retension department.
[Edit: Personal Information] spoke to me and told me that he will lower my rates and if i bring my cellphone service to comcast he will make a package deal.
i asked him to email me the details and show me a breakdown of everything in writing becuase a rep just like him from comcast had lied to me about the rates and made me sign a contract few years ago.
The next day comcast disconnected my main business phone line. i called customer service countless times to fix the issue but no one could figure it out how to fix the issue. i emailed [Edit: Personal Information] several times no luck.
It has been now 2 months and i dont have a phone line in my place of business but i'm paying for it.
My internet bill is much higher then what was promised. i have called countless times and spoke to customer service but no one wants to help.
My cell phone bill use to be cheaper with AT&T and instead of going down it has more then doubled.
Today my wife called comcast and forward the email from [Edit: Personal Information] showing the rates he has promised.
Soon after the call [Edit: Personal Information] sends me a new contract to sign but this time with much higher prices.
my total bill is suppose to be $205 (internet, 1 business phone, 3 cell phone lines)
In reality my bill is over $367+
i have spend coutless hours making coutless calls to comcast customer service without any results.
Now i will spend more time contacting every local and federal agency to report this incident.
In our great country when a little guy use deceptive business practices he goes to prison.
When a company like comcast breaks every rule of what is ethical business practice and steals money from millions of customers (nothing happens).
