Credits for an Outage

Hello all,

I have experienced several outages within the last two months due to weather and would like to request credit. I have tried to find several ways to request for credit but it has limited to me posting on the forum page. Please credit my account and thank you so much.

The chat option does not give you a live person and goes through the session continuing to frustrate.  WHO CAN I EMAIL??  As a business customer, I do not have a facebook, twitter, or reddit account!

I hate to hear of the troubles you're having getting in touch with us. I am sure that is frustrating, I know if I couldn't reach someone I would be as well. Can you tell me exactly what happens you select that option? Can you message "Comcast Business" on the chat icon and then say agent/customer service? That is currently the way that we would be able to continue in a private message.
