Credit for account closed
Due to changes in my service address I currently have two Comcast accounts that have been over paid. It has been months and these credits still have not been posted to my new account. What does it take to get this resolved?

Hello tmduncan and welcome,
I recommend you contact 800-391-3000, use the billing option, then request that the billing agent perform a credit transfer from your old account number to your new account number. This should get it done for you.
