copy of old bill

I need a copy of a bill from 4/15  my online account only shows back to 5/15 is there a way to access bills older than 12 months?

Hello BHS and welcome,

 

You can contact 800-391-3000, use the billing option, then ask the billing agent to email you a copy of the 4/15 billing statement. Normally billing agents will have access to 12 -16 months of customer billing statements.
