Contract never honored, terrbile follow through

We had someone from ATT give us a proposal to switch services that really saved our business money. When going to cancel a comcast rep offered to save us money and resign a contract. We decided to stay with them, and to this date I have made over 10 seperate attempts to get the contract in motion and still nothing..

Our contract was signed 07/22/2015 and it is now 11/19/15 and since than our bill was actually increased by $100. There are several tickets number that have been put in with them, and numerous messages left for a supervisor (who has yet to return a phone call). I would have to say this has been the worst experience with Comcast I have ever encountered. Once I can get upper management to disconnect services I will never be back. How is it possible to sign a contract and it actually wiped out all discounts and not a single supervisor or manager has accepted our phone calls or returned any. How about someone actually fix the bill? I will not stop reaching out until we get answers and credits!

Join the crowd.  I signed a 2 year contract in November.  In January they raised my rate.  Can't get anyone to fix it.  Called the support line and emailed "my rep" to no avail.  I guess when they cancel my service since I only pay the contract rate, I will take it to the news. Besides, I don't get the promised speed.  Definately will not renew.
