Contract end date and instructions

Hello,

I know my contract is ending soon, Feb 2015. I need to know where (the exact address) to send the letter of cancellation and do I need to return any equipment? (may sound like a stupid question, but I had to take over this contract when I bought this business almost 3 years ago and I dont know if there was any equipment that came with??) I have tried to call 2 times and been on hold too long the first time and then today, no one is there (I was told). I have also searched all over the web site to no avail.. Can someone please help me?

Cancel Comcast Business service

If you are looking to completely cancel your Comcast Business service, we ask that you call us at 800-391-3000. We want to make sure we've done everything we can to give you the best experience, price and package, as well as review specifics of your contract terms. And, we appreciate any feedback you have so that we can improve our service.

 

While this seems to be most likely a ploy to try to retain you I'd at least record any information in regard to this call.

 

Typically if you have a local service center for Comcast that you can walk into you want to take the equipment that you see onsite that is related to comcast (You're welcome to post the models and the other customers here can confirm if its comcast equipment).

 

When visiting the local service center and turning in the equipment that you've found to be (Or expect to be) their equipment record and note the serial number of each peice on the paperwork that you receive. Take a picture of this information with your phone or other device and email it to yourself.
