Continue Getting $7/month charge for something I don't want

Hello - I contacted customer service months ago about a $7 charge I keep getting monthly for "Broadcast TV Fee". I told the service rep I did not request this, that I wanted the monthly charge removed from then on, and that I wanted the previous charge to be removed. I was told this was all fine and wouold be handled, but it has not been. Can someone please have this taken care of? I now have a number of months that I have paid my full bill minus the $7 fee, so I will need all thise $7 charges removed from previous bills. Please confirm this can be handled. Thank you.

The Broadcast TV Fee is intended to offset a portion of the costs of retransmitting broadcast television signals. Broadcast stations have the right to charge for their signals, and cable providers like Comcast end up paying substantial fees in order to carry them. In recent years, our cost to retransmit broadcast television signals has more than doubled, and this itemized charge will make it clearer for customers to see the factors that are driving price changes.

Thank you, but I was told this charge could be removed from my monthly bill. I do not even have a TV in my Yoga studio.
