contact us - alternative to 800-391-3000
I tried 3 times to get to a technical representative this morning using the number above. To say the voice prompt system is horrible is being very kind. As hard as I tried the systems insisted on resetting our modem and then offering an automated call back. Given that I had already reset the modem, this was a big waste of time for everyone involved. I had to insist on speaking to a representative in multiple parts of the voice prompt system and after 3 calls I finally got through.
I'm not sure if this system was written for the small business owner where such steps are necessary, however as a BUSINESS customer we have over 30 years experience with modems and when we call, we are well beyond the simple steps that the voice prompt system insists upon forcing us to endure.
Thus, I am reaching out to see if there is a more efficient and more appropriate means to contact technical support via the phone.
Thanks in advance
