According to our records, we entered a three-year contract effective March of 2012. I want to verify that I have the current information, and that we would not have any extra charges like an early termination fee if we were to cancel our service. Is there anything else we should be aware of related to cancelation of service – for example, do I need to inform Comcast of our intent in advance (should we decide to cancel)?
FYI - I tried to call customer support before posting this, but when being transferred to wait for a representative another recording said they were closed, and their hours were 7AM to 9PM Monday thru Friday. It was about 3PM CDT on Friday at the time of my call. It also would be helpful if there was an email or ticket system in place to handle simple inquiries like this.

Yes, if your 3 year Service Irder Agreement commenced on Mar of 2012 , then its expiration would occur on March of 2015. So, if you have not recontracted then you are operating on a month to month basis and you would not be subject to any Early Termination Fee if you wanted to cancel your Comcast Services.
